Returns at Top on Ice
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Simply start your return through our returns portal.
For customers in Germany, a fee of €3.50 per return will be charged and deducted directly from your refund. Once your return has been registered, you will receive your shipping label or return documents via email. Please note that it may take about 5–10 minutes for the email to arrive. Printing the return slip is not mandatory, but it can help us process your return faster. If a return has already been registered for this order, you will not receive another email.
Customers outside Germany are kindly asked to pay for the postage themselves. In this case, no return fee will be charged, and no shipping label will be sent by email. If you purchased your items on a third-party marketplace such as Amazon, eBay or Otto, please initiate your return directly through the respective platform, as these orders cannot be processed via our returns portal.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used for your purchase.
Please note:
- Shipping costs will not be refunded in case of a partial return.
- If you return all items from an order, the original shipping costs will be refunded – except for express delivery charges, which are non-refundable.
- If a package is not collected (post office, parcel station), a fee of €3.50 will be deducted from your refund.
- Unless otherwise stated in the online shop, a fee of €3.50 per return shipping label will be charged. This also applies if multiple items were purchased together in one order.
